This repository's NVIDIA-authored model materials are licensed under the
OpenMDW License Agreement, version 1.1 (`LICENSE`).

Several source files are copied from the base model repository
[nvidia/Nemotron-3-Nano-Omni-30B-A3B-Reasoning-BF16](https://huggingface.co/nvidia/Nemotron-3-Nano-Omni-30B-A3B-Reasoning-BF16)
and still contain third-party copyright. Those files remain under the
**Apache License, Version 2.0** and are **not** licensed under OpenMDW-1.1.
Original copyright and Apache notices in those files are retained.

Apache License 2.0 text is distributed in `Apache-2.0.txt` in this repository
and is also available at https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.

## Runtime dependencies

These packages are not vendored in this repository. They are expressly used
or installed to run the published inference example (`video_inference.py`,
`video_io.py`) and related Transformers/PyTorch loading path. Versions are
those installed by the user; this repository does not pin them.

FFmpeg is invoked as an external binary (system `ffmpeg` on `PATH`, or the
binary shipped by `imageio-ffmpeg`) to extract WAV audio from MP4 clips.
This repository does not vendor FFmpeg source or binaries. Typical FFmpeg
builds are LGPL-2.1-or-later; a GPL-enabled FFmpeg build is GPL-2.0-or-later.
